BACKING THE FIGHT FOR UNION RECOGNITION AT AMAZON

After years of battling against Amazon’s union busting tactics, workers at the Coventry warehouse won the opportunity to vote to become the first recognised Amazon union in Europe.

Their campaign visuals, across print and digital, needed to reach as much of the workforce as possible. At Small Axe we produced creative designed to uplift workers' demands, spread key information, assuage fears and build solidarity. The vote came devastatingly close, and the momentum from this huge, hard-fought for step fuels their continued fight in the courts.
